In the Elimination final, Warburton Millgrove FNC defeated Pakenham 46 to 32 after leading for the entire match. While in the qualifying final Mount Evelyn 35 defeated the Monbulk Hawks 30. The Monbulk Hawks will play Warburton Millgrove FNC in the minor semi-final with Mount Evelyn to play ROC in the major semi-final.
